Woman in white

A comment on my last deviation brought to my attention that my hair texture was sometimes hard to distinguish from the shading technique I used. So I tried a bit more tame shading on this one, at least on the young woman. Trying to improve and practise different ways of shading.

Also the reason why this looks nothing like the reference, I just focused on shading instead of drawing an accurate portrait.
See that? Now I'm already pulling out excuses! Somebody has to rip my stuff apart with a harsh critique, please.
